Parker Street Upper (Eastern) Fields are semi-professional Rugby League sporting level fields. Council requires the drainage upgrade to match the standards appropriate for a semi-professional sporting game. The deliverables include:

• Erect temporary site fencing, sediment control and other site controls as required to secure the work area.

• Install a sand slit drainage system

• Lawful disposal of excavated spoil.

• Subsequent top-up of subsided trenches.

• Protection of surrounding fields, trees and infrastructure during works.

• WAE plans and O&M documentation for the sand slit drainage system to be developed and provided to Council at handover.
