Tender Description
Transport for NSW (Transport) is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) to gather information from the market to develop its Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS)
Project goals
Transport for NSW (Transport) is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) to gather information from the market to develop its Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS) long-term solution. This solution will ensure records-compliant, full-lifecycle management for documents and records. This includes fully describing all records and documents, managing workflows and collaboration, providing archival and 'cold' storage, and ensuring compliant end-of-life disposition. Transport is also interested in any future capabilities that may be planned for the solution. The platform should offer a single interface for all staff, even if different elements are provided by separate vendors.
