Adelaide Hills Council is looking to engage professional services to conduct an appropriately experienced vendor to perform a review of the current network architecture. The focus of the review will be to gather and design a replacement network solution covering core and edge switching, Wi-Fi, firewalls, communication links and associated implementation services in a vendor-agnostic specification document for procurement.

The solution will ensure that the network infrastructure will support both current and future operational requirements, covering security, scalability, and performance. Council is expecting to have the procured solution contract in place before the EoFY 2024/25, highlighting the time allowed for the review and specification development. It’s important to note that participation in the network infrastructure review will not exclude a vendor from being eligible for the procurement and implementation of the new solution.
