Coolamon Shire Council is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably experienced and qualified applicants (contractors) to operate the Coolamon Caravan Park Facility.

This EOI is the first step in a two-stage selection process. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to interview in Stage 2 of the EOI / Selection process.

The Coolamon Caravan Park is located on Lot 701, DP 94473, bounded by Bruce, Loughnan, and Methul Streets, Coolamon. The site is surrounded by Redgrave Park, tennis courts, a pool, and a bowling club, and the Caravan Park is within easy walking distance to the main street and golf course. The facility will include the addition of 2 Cabins that are due to be completed by July 2025.

EOIs are invited from experienced and suitably qualified persons seeking to enter a long-term contract for the management of the Park. The successful Manager will be expected to reside on-site.

• Passion for driving business performance, including leading business innovation.

The Park Management Contract Remuneration is a combination of fixed retainer and performance-based contract incentive payments. The successful candidate will be required to commence on the 30th of June 2025.
