Tender Description
This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (hereafter referred to as "APRA") is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to deliver a fully codified Azure Foundation (Governance Framework and Platform), designed for hyperscale deployments and built entirely using Azure Resource Manager (ARM) or Bicep templates.
The solution must be:
- 100% Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using ARM or Bicep (no Terraform)
- Deployable through automated CI/CD pipelines for rapid, repeatable provisioning
- Scalable for hyperscale deployments with demonstrable design patterns for large enterprises
- Compliant with the Australian Government ISM (Information Security Manual) and ASD Essential Eight (Maturity Level 1 - ML1)
