Ku-ring-gai Council is a Local Government Area in the North Shore region of Sydney. It includes the suburbs of Gordon, Pymble, Lindfield, Killara, St Ives, Roseville, Warrawee, Turramurra and parts of Wahroonga.
ABOUT THE TENDER: Council needs to engage a suitable contractor to undertake the upgrade of the Cricket Net at Hassall Park, St Ives as a part of the Stage 2 Masterplan Implementation, as per the design specification.
This will include but not limited to the following:
Option 1
- Preliminaries
- General Requirements (Preparation/execution of environmental management plan, waste management plan, soil erosion and sediment control plan and preparation/execution of progress photography and as-built plans)
- Demolition
- Earthworks
- Landscape - Fences and Barriers
- Landscape - Combined
- Concrete
Option 2 includes the above plus the following:
- Rate for base plate option in lieu of inground footings
- Rate for alternate edge details if required
Submissions can also be placed in a sealed envelope and endorsed with the tender title, number, and closing date, and placed in the Tender Box located in the foyer (level 4) of Council Chambers, 818 Pacific Highway Gordon 2072 by the nominated time and date.
