Tender Description
CQ University invites tenders from suitably qualified, registered experienced contractors and their appointed / affiliated design team for the design, construction, refurbishment and fit-out of the nominated area of building 4 (MKC004), Mackay City Campus. The project is set for practical completion on 31 October 2025.
The purpose of the project is to upgrade the existing hairdressing salon/storeroom to meet current industry standards and provide improved space and storage solutions for staff and students.
