Tender Description

This Tender is invited by the Issuer.

The Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) seeks the services of an appropriately qualified service provider to sustain and enhance the TGA’s implementation of the Australian Unique Device Identification Database (AusUDID) and inter-related interfaces and services, for a period from 20 May 2025 to 30 June 2026.

Deliverables

  • Managed application support for the Pre-Production and Production versions of the AusUDID, including coordinating and resolving technical issues as they arise in support of the ongoing readiness activities of medical device sponsors
  • Contribution to technical documentation relating to the AusUDID
  • Technical expertise, advice and support of the Department of Health and Aged Care’s IT infrastructure and environment that is required for ongoing operation of the AusUDID
  • As required, enhancing the features of the AusUDID to reflect stakeholder feedback and any ongoing updates to the Australian UDI regulations
  • Support for the transition of the support services to a long-term support arrangement
