Print Services

⁠⁠⁠Specifications for the Goods:

The purpose of this Request for Tender (RFT) is to establish a panel of pre-qualified Contractors to provide comprehensive print services to meet the operational, promotional, and community communication needs of the organisation.

The objective is to:

• ensure the timely, cost-effective, and high-quality provision of print services that support the Customer’s internal operations and external communications, including community engagement and statutory notices.
• support value for money outcomes through a coordinated, aggregated procurement arrangement available to all participating Customers.
• develop a pricing structure that is favourable for both metropolitan and regional Customers.

The outcomes expected from this RFT include:

• Competitive pricing based on the total combined purchasing.
• One or more providers to meet the Customer's varying needs and requirements for goods and services.
• The opportunity for Customers to negotiate their requirements to suit their individual needs.
