PPA requires the provision of weekly scheduled services at the Port of Ashburton and at PPA’s residential housing in Onslow for building, plumbing & electrical services, including annual building & plumbing inspections, weekly maintenance, repair, reporting and a callout service (including electrical callout if required) as well as the ability to provide fresh water, fuel supply, general waste management and licenced waste water / septic removal (Controlled Waste Licence required) at the Port of Ashburton and at PPA’s residential housing in Onslow.

No Site Visit. Briefing to be held online via MS Teams.
Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
