The Works include the construction of a road, retaining walls, concrete footpaths, installation of street lighting, pedestrian crossing, fence construction, drainage, and landscaping works on Baldivis Road, between Highbury Boulevard and Furioso Green.

Two site inspections for the Tender will be held, Site inspection 1 will commence at 10:30 am on Tuesday, 21 May 2025; and Site inspection 2 will commence at 10:30 pm on Thursday, 28 May 2025. Tenderers must attend one of the Site inspections; the same information will be discussed at both Site inspections. Due to the nature of the Tender, the attendance at one of the Site inspections is mandatory and a representative of each prospective.
