The general requirements for the provision of the Services shall consist of, but not be limited to

Non optional - a customer friendly, cost effective venue management and booking platform

• Software solution & project implementation

• Staff training and onboarding

• Reporting capabilities

• Financial capabilities

• Ongoing support and developments

• Client Customer support

• System requirements and interface

• Ease of customer interface and use

• Fixed and clear pricing schedule

It is the Town’s preference to pay a fixed percentage price for services. Pricing schedules need to be locked in for the life of the Contract, including any extensions. The Town would expect refundable sums to be treated differently (bonds, cancelled bookings) from other service categories.

Facilities and open spaces requiring a booking platform system:

• The Boulevard Centre

• Leederville Town Hall

• Holyrood Pavilion

• Wembley Community Centre

• Passive and active open spaces, ovals, parks, and reserves (a list can be provided of all open spaces on request).

The Quarry Amphitheatre is a bespoke, hireable venue, which is often used for performances and concerts. There are multiple spaces for hire. The Town would highly rate the ability of a software platform that allows for a cost effective ticketing system

A clear disclosure of all potential fees is required for this submission to be considered compliant.
