Tablelands Regional Council (TRC) invites tenders from suitably qualified tenderers for the deconstruction of the Patrick English Pavilion at the Malanda Showgrounds.

The Supper Room and Electrical Switchboard are to remain intact. Some materials from the Pavilion, Stage and Porte Cochere are to be preserved and returned to TRC for storage.

The specific requirements are described in more detail in Part 5 Scope.

Works on site are to commence no sooner than 7 July 2025 and are to be completed no later than 12 September 2025.
