eHealth is seeking a project company to deliver a fit-out on level 5, 108 Wickham Street, Fortitude Valley, with works expected to commence from Monday, 9 June 2025.
This will include end-to-end project management of all trades required in the supplied Tender Documents and working in conjunction and meet the specifications provided, as well as meeting all current Queensland Health ICT cabling standards as specified.
The successful Supplier will be required to manage all works, ensuring the demolition of existing offices, kitchen, flooring, hydraulic, and other items nominated in the Tender documentation, making the space for the installation of the 22 workstations, including installing new flooring as specified in the Tender Documentation.
