On Rockhampton’s doorstep, Mount Archer National Park forms part of the Berserker Ranges, a scenic backdrop to the city. Mount Archer (604m) is the highest peak with spectacular views of Rockhampton. Mount Archer attracts regular visitors, including both local residents and tourists.

Council intends to lease the Premises located at the top of Mount Archer within Fraser Park near the amenities.

The Premises to be leased is located on a land footprint size of 167m2, with the building size being approximately 95m2 under roof.
