Re-line approximately 50m section of DN150 sewer line between chambers FB18 and FB19 in Mudgee. See Appendix A.

• Provide traffic control/pedestrian management as required
• Isolate a section of the sewer network from the surrounding infrastructure
• Conduct Jetting of the sewer line
• Install the liner section
• Cut in junctions to the sewer line
• Conduct a vacuum test of the re-lined section
• Remove isolation from the network

Conduct CCTV inspection of approximately 324m section of DN150 sewer line between chambers A/3 and A8/3 in Kandos. See Appendix B.

• Conduct a CCTV inspection of the sewer line
