Tender Description
Project goals
Sydney Trains is seeking to establish a panel of prequalified suppliers who possess the appropriate TAO competencies to support the delivery of its Annual Works Program (AWP) and other strategic engineering works. The AWP outlines the forecasted demand for design, maintenance, renewals, and upgrade works across the rail network, delivered by various business units within Sydney Trains.
While Sydney Trains (in its TAO capacity) possesses in-house engineering expertise across core disciplines ,including Electrical, Signalling, Civil, Geotechnical, and Track, external service providers are engaged as supplementary resources when internal capacity or capability is limited. The Panel aims to provide a collaborative framework that enables Sydney Trains to partner with prequalified contractors. Under this framework, the Panel suppliers will primarily support the delivery of concept and detailed design services for the AWP, along with other engineering professional services.
