Clarence Valley Council invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the proposed purchase of the South Grafton Pool and Boyd Nattrass Complex, located at 77 Cambridge Street, South Grafton, NSW.

Submissions should adhere to the criteria outlined in the attached Tender Information Document.
