Tender Description
The Department, on behalf of Western Australian Planning Commission, is seeking a suitably qualified Contractor for Road Pavement and Resurfacing Works at Mussel Pool West - Whiteman Park. The work includes demolition of existing road surfaces and associated guard rails, signage and the like, earthworks, road works and resurfacing, kerbing, signage, line marking and traffic management.
Site Visit
A site visit will be held at Whiteman Park 233 Drumpellier Drive, Whiteman WA 6068, Meet at northern end of Carpark 24, Mussel Pool West, Perth on 15 May 2025 10:30 AM.
A Site inspection will be held to provide Tenderers with an understanding of the Project the subject of this Request. It is mandatory for Tenderers to attend this inspection and failure to do so will result in the Tenderer's Tender being ineligible for further consideration.
A register of attendees will be maintained for the briefing and site inspection. Tenderers must register under the business name that they intend to submit their Offer under, in order for their Offer to be considered.
Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
