Tender Description
Wellington Shire Council undertakes a range of weed control and vegetation management works within road reserves and public land reserves throughout the shire. Wellington Shire Council is seeking submissions from contractors with suitable experience, qualifications, plant and equipment to be included on the Panel of Contractors for the supply of Vegetation Management Works for the period 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2028.
The scope of works may include, but is not limited to, tasks associated with:
- Revegetation projects
- Existing vegetation management (excluding specialist arboricultural tree management)
- Weed control (including woody weed removal)
- Pest animal control (including fox and rabbit control)
- Fire hazard mitigation / Fuel management
