Bellingen Shire Council is seeking a qualified and experienced operator for the provision of the operations and management of the Bellingen and/or Dorrigo swimming pools for a period of five (5) years, with an option of five (5) years, under a formal contract arrangement.

This is a separate services tender, tenderers may submit an offer for one or both pools.

The successful contractor will provide continued operations of the Bellingen and/or Dorrigo pools as a recreational swimming facility during the months of September to April each year. As the Bellingen and Dorrigo pools do not operate from May to August each year, no management of these services will be required with the exception of pre-season preparations and post-season arrangements. Precise dates will vary annually according to gazetted holiday periods.

The tender should include the supply of staff and resources in accordance with NSW and Australian standards for aquatic/swimming pool operations and services.
