Albury Water Filtration Plant Detailed Process Control Documentation
Tender ID: 584978
Tender Details
Tender Description
Albury City operates two Water Treatment Plants (WTPs), WTP A and WTP B. Both WTPs are located on a single site. WTP A was constructed in 1980 and is a direct filtration plant, capable of treating 60 ML of water per day. WTP B was constructed in 1990 as a direct filtration plant. In 2017, WTP B underwent a significant process augmentation, when the plant was converted to a dissolved air flotation on filtration plant and its treatment capacity was increased to 80 ML/d.
Located on the same site is the Council’s main Water Pump Station (WPS). Located within this WPS are four sets of pumps, which distribute the treated water to downstream reservoirs.
In the recent past, process control documentation for WTP A and the main WTP has been updated. This includes a process flow diagram (PFD), a hydraulic profile (HP), and a set of process piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID). Council now wishes to update or develop the same documentation for WTP B.
Albury City Council invites suitably qualified Vendors to submit a Quote for the provision of design and planning Services to Council upon the conditions detailed in this RFQ. This Quote is conducted in accordance with the requirements of the Council’s Procurement Policy.
The Contract is a lump sum. The contract is not subject to rise and fall provisions.
