Tenders are invited from contractors with previous experience in gravel production operations, including drilling, blasting, and crushing in quarries owned by Cowra Council for the period up to 30 June 2027, with an optional extension for a further 12 months. At least 2 Tenderers offering the best value to the Council will be appointed in the panel contract and will be offered work orders in the contract period. The contract is anticipated to commence in July 2025.

Contractors that can provide part service for the tender are also welcome to submit a tender. Tender documents can be downloaded by logging into the e-portal.

Submissions will be received up until 3 pm, Thursday, 29 May 2025, on the e-portal.

All Tenderers must comply with the NSW Government Code of Practice for the Construction Industry.

The Principal shall not be bound to accept the lowest or any tender.
