Main Building/Roofing Contractor for Roofing Replacement & Remediation to Blocks A & B at Pongaroa School, Tararua

The Board of Trustees for Pongaroa School are seeking a suitably qualified Main Roofing/Building Contractor to carry out the Roof Replacement & Remediation Works to Blocks A & B. .

The Contract Works required are: Replacement of metal roofing & clearlite roofing, associated fixings & flashings including spouting & downpipes. Allowance for insulation if required and moving of existing heatpumps to ground level to Blocks A & B.

All tender documentation and necessary information attached.

Contractors MUST visit site for tender to be compliant. Contact School Office to arrange a site visit.

Ideally dependent on MoE funding approval this work would start as soon as possible after confirmation provided, however this will be discussed with the successful contractor and school once funding approvals are confirmed.
