Builders are invited to lodge an expression of interest in tendering for the construction of facilities at Our Lady of Lourdes, Baulkham Hills. Construction involves a new building with 2 new classrooms and associated small works. 

This is a systemic Catholic School project within the Diocese of Parramatta.

Registrants should demonstrate the following:

• proven record on successfully completed projects, circa $2m - $10m.
• experience working in a live school environment,
• competence in construction projects with tight sites with limited access, and
• have an appropriately robust company WHS culture
