Requirements

The Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry (DAFF) has a requirement for a Risk and Project Support Services contract to assist in the delivery of the Department's STEPS Program within the Digital Business Division (DBD). Under this contract, the following services are required:

Project Support Officer:

The Program Support Officer undertakes a range of program reporting, implementation, and administrative activities to support the development and delivery of STEPS programs & projects, in line with established project plans and objectives.

Risk, Issues, and Dependencies Manager:

The Risk, Issues, and Dependencies (RID) Manager will play a critical role in the successful delivery of the Simplified Targeting and Enhanced Processing Systems (STEPS) program. The RID Manager will be responsible for identifying, assessing, managing, and mitigating program-level risks and issues while actively managing internal and external dependencies that impact program delivery.

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong stakeholder engagement skills, a detail-oriented approach, and experience in large-scale digital or transformation programs.
