Council is seeking a suitably experienced Consultant to develop separate contracts for Recyclables Processing and Waste Collection Services. It is Council's intention to release tenders for the Dry Recyclables Processing contract in late 2025 and the Waste Collections Contract in mid-2026.

Each of the above contracts are required to be fully developed into suitable tender and subsequent contract documentation and include all detailed specifications, contractual conditions, performance measures, delivery and service standards, and key reporting deliverables and KPI's for the post contract implementation and delivery.
