Request for Information
Responses are invited for the provision of leased office accommodation for the following 2 scenarios:
Scenario 1)
Premises ranging from 1,150 -1,350 square meters (sqm) of net lettable area (NLA). The premises must include a minimum of 550 sqm of ground floor space suitable for customer service delivery.
The site must be located within Gosford, NSW, as depicted in the Location Map.
Premises will ideally be situated close to commercial and retail precincts with good access to public transport and car parking.
Lease term:
Preference for Seven (7) years, with two (2) options of three (3) years each.
Lease and operational commencement no later than 14 October 2027.
Minimum eight (8) secure and covered car parking bays with three (3) having dedicated EV charging points.
Minimum Grade ‘A’ office building design based on ‘A Guide to Office Building Quality’ (Property Council of Australia, 2019)
DDA compliant. Building classification to be suitable for office accommodation, including customer service delivery.
Provision of energy and sustainability in accordance with the Net Zero in Government Operations Strategy.
Note: The proposed area may be altered by plus or minus 10% at the agency’s discretion.
Scenario 2)
Premises ranging from 1,800 -2,000 sqm of NLA. The premises must include a minimum of 550 sqm of ground floor space suitable for customer service delivery.
The site must be located within Gosford, NSW, as depicted in the attached Location Map.
Premises will ideally be situated close to commercial and retail precincts with good access to public transport and car parking.
Lease term:
Preference for Seven (7) years, with two (2) options of three (3) years each.
