The Contract Works are for meter reading services in the Rotorua lakes Council area.

The Meter Reading Services, detailed in this document is what is needed, at a minimum for the Rotorua lakes Council to carry out accurate and efficient recording of consumer water consumption for billing purposes and to report on the required maintenance of the meters.

The Contractor shall undertake accurate readings of each specified consumer water meter including domestic monitoring meters on a quarterly basis in August, November, February, and May each year for the term of this contract.

This applies to all Commercial and Industrial premises, extra-ordinary and extra-territorial properties in the Rotorua Urban area and all connected properties in the Rural areas supplied with water by the Rotorua District Council.
