Tender Description
Lake Maintenance (WA) Pty Ltd on behalf of the Department of Communities (DOC) is seeking EOI from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake PW10330 WK 1/73 Herbert Street SHAF in the Broome area.
The purpose of this project is to refurbish a property in Broome. EOI documents are available for download together with technical specification V11.
Scope:
- Repair rusted wall frames
- Remove corner shelf. Repair holes
- Repair all damaged plaster from work done to frames , and vandalism
- Renew all skirting
- Install new metal hatch door
- Repair crack in ceiling near dining room entry
- Renew curtain rod, acrons and brackets
- Replace x 1 (Switch ok new)
- Replace x 2 with LED downlights 1 x switch
- Replace and test
- Renew all shelving
- Replace Smoke alarm
- Install 80 mm puddle flange, Renew concealed breach, SAI stay fast shower rose and Easy Clean Taps
- Renew hob step to shower
- Renew all shower, bath, floor wall tiles including vanity splash back and new nib wall and skirting tiles. Ensure all waterproofing installed. Complete nib wall to be tiled including top. Basin splash back tile height to continue around bath to nib wall
- Replace x 1 metal trough and cabinet
- SAI 1x exaust fan
- Replace all splashback + floor + skirting tiles . Splashback tiles to continue at same height and tile behind washnig machine incorporating washing machine taps. Ensure water proof installed.
- Check roof before paint, tighten any loose screws, seal any visable holes.
