The NGA is seeking to build a relationship with a suitably capable fire services supplier who will deliver, under contract, fire services system maintenance and isolation management that includes but is not limited to:

· Statutory planned maintenance

· Breakdown and reactive repairs

· System isolation work

· Management of all aspects of the contract, including but not limited to:

·  coordination and oversight of maintenance activities,

· Contract transition management,

· detailed reporting and documentation of maintenance work,

·  ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and timelines.

· The supply of all necessary consumables for maintenance tasks,

· Efficient mobilisation of resources and personnel to service sites

· Management of the inventory and supply chain for maintenance materials.

Conditions for Participation:

To ensure the operational objectives for NGA are achieved and underpinned by the service delivery on the respective Service Package, the following mandatory requirements exist for the head Supplier for the services outlined in this RFT:

a) Have an established office in the ACT region;

b) Able to deliver the majority of the services utilising inhouse staff;

c) Have the relevant personnel available to undertake the required Services and meet the required performance levels including Call-out Response Times and maximum allowable down times;

d) Hold respective trade-based licenses and accreditation to undertake the works;

e) Have access to a team of Specialist Sub-contractors able to assist in delivering the Services;

f) Have a manned 24 hour/ 7 day call centre.

Timeframe for Delivery: Two years plus two seperate one year extention options
