Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Scope:

At Block G, install sheets of plywood on both gable ends to prevent ball damage.
In Block C: Provide fall protection below four skylights. Refix first-floor ceiling panels. Upgrade ceiling acoustics in 12 teaching spaces.
At Block B: Provide fall protection below three skylights. Upgrade ceiling acoustics in 11 teaching spaces.
For Block M: Replace the shower in the staff toilets. Replace one zip water heater in the staffroom. Install acoustic panels in three teaching spaces.
At Block H, replace the front door which is rotten and difficult to open and close.
In Block E:Replace roofing and spouting to three teaching spaces. Install acoustic panels in three teaching spaces.
In Block A, upgrade acoustic panels in five teaching spaces.
Site: replace the clear roofing to the signage structure.
