Mount Barker District Council is committed to maintaining infrastructure throughout the district through the Capital Works Program. The footpath renewal program forms a part of the Capital Works Program to ensure that footpaths in the district are maintained and upgraded to a serviceable standard.

The scope of this contract will be to support Council with footpath and associated works as required, primarily for the footpath renewal program and includes incidental works that intersect or are immediately associated with these elements. However the intent is for the contract to also have the ability to support operational and other capital project needs as required.
