The backbone of the NSW Police Force organisation is police officers, working in operational areas such as investigations, forensics, surveillance, highway patrol, intelligence, drug enforcement, domestic & family violence, and general duties. Police officers is supported by employees in corporate areas such as finance, human resources, and ICT.

NSW Police Force is seeking an organisation-wide, fit-for-purpose, modern, intuitive, and industry leading Employee Engagement Platform that complies with a PROTECTED security classification, meaning that the data, if compromised, could cause damage to individuals, and therefore will need to comply with appropriate data controls, in alignment with the Australian Cyber Security Centre (ACSC) Information Security Manual (ISM).

NSWPF is open to the proposed Solution being either a Software as a Service Solution or an internally hosted Solution.

The requirements are structured below as:

1. General functional requirements of the Employee Engagement Platform.

2. ICT non-functional requirements.

3. Account management, SLAs, and support.

4. Legislation and Standards compliance.
