Ashburton District Council (ADC) invites suitably qualified and experienced contractors to submit a tender for the demolition and site clearance of the former Polytechnic Building located at 258 Cameron Street, Ashburton.

The scope of this project includes the complete demolition and removal of the existing structure and all associated foundations, isolation and capping of site infrastructure, and the removal of all demolition debris from the site. The intent is to return the site to a clear, level condition suitable for future surface-level car parking use.

Contractors shall register for a site visit no later than 9 May 2025.

Site visits will be facilitated from 12.00 pm to 1.00 pm on Wednesday, 12 May 2025.
