Key problem/s
Our organisation is seeking to understand the marketplace for Crisis Management Communication Platforms that eliminate the “signal scatter” that routinely undermines incident response. For incidents such as cyber-attack, safety breach, or natural disaster occurs, information rapidly disseminates across email threads, SMS, chat channels, and phone calls, while verified facts and clear instructions lag behind. Consequently, there is a delay in decision-making, inconsistent messaging, and limited auditability.
We are seeking information on a mobile-first, single source of truth that unifies alerts, action plans, stakeholder acknowledgements, and decision logs in real time. It should enable incident controllers to disseminate critical updates across multiple channels within seconds, guide staff through role-specific playbooks on any device, and provide executives with live dashboards that indicate who has received, comprehended, and acted upon each instruction. Automated audit trails, secure document repositories, and seamless integration with existing collaboration tools are essential to fulfil our regulatory, insurance, and governance obligations.
