The Clinical Trials Centre (CTC) at the University of the Sunshine Coast is a prominent and successful enterprise that has generated material and enduring financial, reputational and other benefits for the University. It is a specialist provider of early phase clinical trial services to pharmaceutical and biomedical industries in Australia and internationally, conducting industry-sponsored trials for clinical drugs, vaccines and medical devices.

Funding support has been received by the Queensland Government for the fit out of a new flagship clinical trials centre within the Maroochydore Private Hospital precinct.

The Maroochydore Private Hospital base build is currently under way and is due for Substantial Completion in September 2025. UniSC will be occupying tenancies 501 and 502 of the facility.

The University of the Sunshine Coast are seeking Expressions of Interest from any and all locally based Contractors, Suppliers and Consultants for this upcoming project.
