Delta Power & Energy (Vales Point) Pty Ltd t/as Delta Electricity and Samsung C&T Corporation Pty Ltd are seeking a Request for Price (RFP) for financing and/or advisory services regarding for a 400MW / 800MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) installation at Vales Point Power Station.

LOCATION OF SITE

The Vales Point Power Station is located on the southern shore of Lake Macquarie, approximately 130 km north of Sydney, New South Wales, and approximately 3 km off the Pacific Highway North of Doyalson.

EXTENT OF WORK

The following initial activities will be required from the selected financial advisor:

· Prepare a bankable financial model

· Identification of alternative project financing options and specific financing providers for each option (including comparative cost/benefit analysis and implementation timetable) that meet the objectives, including presentation to the Delta and Samsung Board’s for approval

· Assistance to the Project Group in the preparation of relevant investors materials

· Running of competitive process/RFP among the debt providers of various credit lines

· Active support the Project Group with negotiations of commercial terms of the financing at all stages of the engagement.

· Support for the Project Group in the documentation and credit approval process
