Tender Description
The purpose of this tender is to engage a suitably qualified and experienced consultant(s) to provision ecological and cultural heritage services associated with CN managed environmental assets across the LGA. Sites may comprise of water courses and wetlands, biodiversity plantings within parks and open spaces, coastal ecosystems including dune systems, Endangered Ecological Communities including Themeda grasslands, littoral rainforests, coastal salt marsh and bushland reserves.
Council's intention is to establish a panel of consultant(s) qualified and experienced in the provision of any or all of the following:
- ecological and/or cultural heritage technical services (survey/field work)
- ecological and/or cultural heritage technical advice
- reporting and documentation on ecological and/or cultural heritage matters
- training on ecological and/or cultural heritage matters.
The consultants will be required to enter into a standing offer contract for a three-year period. The initial contract period commences on the date of contract award and ends at 30 June 2028. An additional period, if taken, is for a further 12 months period.
Persons willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a tender to the Council by the deadline, 2pm on Tuesday 27 May 2025 (at the Tender Box). Responsibility for lodgement of completed tender documents by the deadline lies solely with the Tenderer. Tender lodgement information is provided in the tender document. Council is not bound to accept the lowest tender or any tender submitted.
