ABOUT THE CITY OF COFFS HARBOUR (The City):

Coffs Harbour is positioned halfway between Sydney and Brisbane. Coffs Harbour is a thriving regional coastal city of approximately 77,000 people and enjoys a unique lifestyle created by its geography and climate. Nestled between coastal slopes of the Great Dividing Range and the 80 kilometres of golden beaches that form its boundaries Coffs Harbour has gained a reputation as a dynamic and rapidly expanding economic hub.

ABOUT THIS EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI):

The City is seeking Expressions of Interest from appropriately experienced and interested third parties under City contract CON00644 Licence/Sub-Licence for Low Impact Commercial Activities on Council-Managed Land. The works will be conducted under a City licensing agreement, copies of which is included in the EOI document package at Annexure A.

REGISTRATION:

EOI documents can be downloaded after registration on the tendering portal.

ENQUIRIES:

Enquiries should be directed to the City's representative Mr Oliver Kay Property Services Officer via the tendering portal online forum. The deadline for enquiries is 3pm on Friday 23 May 2025.

SITE INSPECTION:

A site inspection is not offered as part of this EOI.

SUBMISSIONS:

Completed tender responses must be submitted via the tendering portal electronic tender box using the MS Word version of the Part 3 EOI document.

The City is not bound to accept the lowest priced quotation, all or any part of the EOI response, and reserves the right to conduct the EOI process and select the successful respondent as it sees most advantageous.

City staff, other than the ones names in the EOI, are unable to respond to enquiries in relation to the EOI. Late, verbal, faxed or emailed submissions will not be accepted. Canvassing of City officials, including Councillors, with regard to this EOI will render a submission ineligible for evaluation.
