Main Building Contractor for Block A Refurbishment of Ruru and Tui Rooms at Redwoodtown School, Blenheim

This tender is for the refurbishment and connection of two junior classroom, including new break out spaces.

From the QS cost estimates we know that the work in this tender is very close to the Budget that is available to the School for this project. We request the following: -

• Please price on all the specified products.

If there is a cost saving or you wish to provide an alternative this would be welcomed and can be noted separately. However, for the evaluation process please price as specified.

• Decking – while this can be included in the main price, if we could have a separate note on the cost for this work.
