Tender Description
The Rottnest Island Authority (RIA) is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced contractor for the F6 Bathurst Cave Remediation. This contract involves the construction of a structural pillar to support the roof of a cave located beneath the Bathurst Lighthouse on Rottnest Island.
Site Visit
A site visit will be held at Bathurst Lighthouse, Rottnest Island, Rottnest Island on 9 May, 2025 12:00 PM.
A mandatory briefing/site inspection for prospective Respondents will be conducted at:
- Date: Friday 9 May 2025
- Time: 12 PM Western Australia
- Location: Bathurst Lighthouse, Rottnest Island
Transport: Ferry departure from B Shed Fremantle 9:30am, Ferry return from Rottnest to B Shed Fremantle 2:30pm. RIA will cover the ferry costs for only one person.
