This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Buyer currently has an outsourced arrangement with a managed service provider. The Buyer would like to transition to a hybrid model with a combination of departmental and outsourced staff. The Buyer will maintain management and responsibility for the service standard of these services.
The roles required are Field support and VIP support. The buyer wishes to engage the resources on a capped time and materials basis, 40 hours per week and in some instances on an ad-hoc basis.
