The City of Armadale Parks Department requires a suitably qualified and resourced Contractor(s) to Supply effective turf renovation and maintenance services as directed by the Principal at its Active Sports Fields and Public Open Spaces, located throughout the City of Armadale.

For various sports such as AFL, rugby, cricket and soccer, turf renovations and fertilising is required regularly to ensure turf is maintained at an acceptable level.

The scope of works generally includes, but is not limited to:

• Verti-Mowing (including Pedestrian Verti-mowing);
• Scarifying (including Pedestrian Scarifying);
• Top Dressing (including application of soil amendments);
• Coring (Hollow & Solid Tyne);
• Low Mowing;
• Sweeping;
• Minor returfing and over seeding (Sting Nematode Free Certification required at all times);
• Other relevant renovation techniques (unspecified).

The Principal reserves the right to omit portions of the goods or services from the contract.
