Tender Description
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Finance (DOF) and Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries (DLGSC) are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake installation of air conditioning at PICA.
The Work includes but is not limited to demolition works, carpentry, plastering, structural steelwork, ceiling and roof works, painting, electrical, and mechanical works, completing replacement of the air conditioning to the building.
Site Visit
A site visit will be held at 51 James Street, Perth on 7 May, 2025 10:00 AM.
A non-mandatory site briefing will be held at PICA. The location of the briefing will be 51 James Street, Perth WA 6104.
