This Request for Information (RFI) is to obtain market information from Respondents in relation to Digital Froensics - End to End Capability.

OBJECTIVES

Information is sought from the market on current capabilities and potential commercial models related to the provision, support and maintenance of digital forensics analytical tools. Information is also sought for innovative capabilities for future expansion of anti-digital forensic threats.

The WA Police Force is also seeking to understand industry capacity for ongoing service, maintenance, system expansion, and emerging technologies as an input to informing the development of its Digital Forensics strategy.

The responses to the RFI will help shape Digital Forensics strategy, including:

• A high-level implementation strategy that considers all key interdependencies that align to the delivery horizons

• The potential risks and opportunities

• The benefits and their value for money

• Detailing a pathway to a business case and

• The development of documentation that may be required to support any of the above.

The outcome of this process will ultimately assist decision making on the strategic direction of Digital Forensics, including understanding of the current and future required investment in technology and establishment of agency wide capability.
