Tender Description
The City of Cockburn (The Principal) is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake a range of bushland maintenance services across twenty-seven (27) bushland reserves to improve biodiversity values, increase vegetation condition ratings and meet community expectations.
The scope of works for Bushland Maintenance includes reserve inspection, chemical and manual weed control (including grass weed control), firebreak maintenance (chemical control only), litter and rubbish removal, pathway maintenance, mulching, and minor tree pruning.
The proposed contract shall be in force for a period of three (3) years from the date of contract award, with a Principal instigated option to extend the period for a subsequent one (1) year period and up to a further twelve (12) months.
It is the Principal's expectation that the Contract is expected to commence in July 2025.
