The project seeks to procure a “best-of-breed” Human Resource Information System (HRIS) that will optimise HR practices, enhance employee engagement, and achieve strategic business objectives.

Napier City Council is looking for credible suppliers with a New Zealand presence who have the capability and experience to deliver an HRIS that meets all the legislative requirements of New Zealand. The vendor needs to have a strong track record with New Zealand businesses that have similar complexities to Napier City Council in a variety of ways and multiple roles in which their employees work.

This is a unique opportunity to work with Napier City Council and its broad range of facilities. This will improve efficiency, enable accurate data quality with reduced risk of compliance errors, and contribute to improved staff engagement, therefore providing better value to the Napier community.
