Tender Description
CHW has a recycled water network that extends from the BNWRP in a northerly and southerly direction and services select community assets via agreements with customers. However, there is no clear strategic direction for the expansion of recycled water services into new growth areas in the Ballarat North area, including the potential to service residential customers.
CHW are seeking the services of a qualified consultancy provider with expertise in recycled water schemes and business case development to deliver the Ballarat North Recycled Water Business Case.
