Icon Water requires a panel of experienced Suppliers to provide a range of Surveying Services for Icon Water. Surveying Services may be located anywhere in the ACT Region, in Government areas, public areas, leased or private residential properties as well as business premises. Icon Water is seeking a range or survey services and invites Suppliers to submit a response for one, two or all, of the following survey categories

Scope:

Objective

The Panel Member(s) will:

a) Hold the relevant qualifications, security checks and training required to carry out the relevant Services,

b) Deliver cost-effective Services,

c) Ensure all Services provided are sustainable and compliant with relevant legislation and regulations, industry standards and relevant Icon Water Standards,

d) Undertake all surveys in a safe and professional manner, and

e) Minimise any risks, inconvenience to Icon Water and environmental impacts associated with the Services.

General

In undertaking the Services, the Panel Member(s) will:

a) Supply all equipment and personnel required for the completion of the Services,

b) Conduct the Services to minimise risk and inconvenience to Icon Water employees, Customers, members of the public and adjoining landholders,

c) Represent Icon Water in a professional manner,

d) Complete the assigned Services on time,

e) Undertake work at a time as agreed upon with Icon Water, and

f) Provide written reports and/or drawings as required.
